International HR Manager
Strategic, tactical, hands-on, projects
Region: Rotterdam
Some high lights:
- Responsible for building, setting up, developing and implementing the global HR function and strategy across the group, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals and values
- Focus on driving Talent Acquisition, Employee Development and retention initiatives while fostering an inclusive and sustainable corporate culture
- ca. 7+ years of responsible HR experience, with at least several years in a managerial HR function, preferably within multinational organizations
- Bachelor/Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology or related field
- Academic working and thinking level
- Preferably experience in setting up and managing HR functions in international setting
- Combining strategic vision, with tactical actions and hands-on (roll up your sleeves) attitude
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a plus
