HR MANAGER (24-32 hours)

Allround, tactical, strategic, hands-on; based in Amsterdam

The HR Manager plays a key role in strengthening INREV’s people-first culture by coaching, empowering employees, and leading by example. The HR Manager is a strategic enabler of INREV’s corporate objectives, aligning organizational strategy into people strategies. The role is responsible for supporting a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing organization, while also providing hands-on HR support in a lean, international environment.

Your key resposibilities

·       Act as a trusted coach and advisor to managers, supporting them in developing their leadership capability as well as succession planning for all teams

·       Support all INREV team members in their career development by explaining clear development pathways and providing personal development advice

·       Embed corporate cultural values into HR policies, performance frameworks, and people practices

·       Drive engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives that empower employees to perform at their best

·       Hands-on: make sure all HR policies and procedures are up to date such as the staff handbook & job descriptions

·       Lead the full talent acquisition and offboarding lifecycle, ensuring consistent alignment with INREV’s culture, values and focus-specific department needs

·       Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and relevant European regulations

·       Manage & review compensation and benefits structure

Your experience

·       At least five years' experience in a relevant HR role, preferably in an international context involving cultural diversity

·       Bachelor+/Master level, relevant HR qualification (HRM study for example)

·       Hands on mentality

·       Good knowledge of employment law and HR compliance

·       Excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus)
